This secure* login page gives you access to secure electronic referral forms, email, waiting times for consultations and tests and also location timetables. You can also access educational material, Referral Guidance and Patient Information Forms for printing to give to your patient.

Urgent referrals can be made by contacting the rooms directly on 1300 9 12345 or Dr. Sharpe on his mobile number available in the secure login area.

We always endeavour to have your report to you within 24 hours. You can nominate your preferred mode of communication by phoning the rooms or completing the Practitioner Form in the secure area.

Sharpe Cardiology & Endovascular prefers to use Medical Objects but can post letters or fax.

Dr. Sharpe is not on duty 24/7 but is happy to receive your calls anytime. When not on call inpatient care is via the published after hours roster available at any Private Hospital Emergency Department.
